We are going green effective Nov. 1, 2020 and will stop sending regulatory and operational process change disclosure notices (including prior authorization updates) by mail. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) will continue to post these Disclosure Notices on the provider website for immediate online access by you and your staff.
