To view this information on the BCBSTX Provider Website go to the General Reimbursement Information section under the Standards and Requirements menu, enter the password and click submit. Under Reimbursement Schedules & Related Information locate the Ancillary topic and select Durable Medical Equipment/Prosthetics & Orthotics.
