Are there fees for using Online Bill Payment?

Blue Cross and Blue Shield offers Online Bill Payment free of charge to our customers. Your bank may charge a small fee that is usually less than 10 cents per payment.

Are payments automatically deducted from my bank account?

Payments are never deducted automatically. We want to make sure you review and submit payment for each bill or invoice that you receive.

Submitting a payment is easy. After reviewing your bill, click Pay Now. That will take you to Online Payments — Pay Bills. You can then submit your payment with only a couple of mouse clicks!

Can I use a credit card to make a payment?

At this time, payments cannot be made with a credit card.

If I have Online Bill Payment, can I print copies of my statements and payments?

Yes, you can print copies of statements, payments and other reports.

Will I continue to receive a paper bill when I sign up for Online Bill Payment?

You will stop receiving paper bills through the mail after your first payment using Online Bill Payment.
